| | Shelagh McGrath lives in Toronto, Ontario, and is the Senior Manager, Program Development for CUSOURCE. In this capacity, Shelagh is responsible for the development of all content delivered through the CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network. This encompasses the development of the pedagogical process offered as well as the development of proprietary courses and programs, and the licensing of third party courses. She is responsible for establishing criteria for guidelines and standards for product offering based on the established Co-operative principles. As a member of the Senior Management Team, Shelagh is involved in strategic planning, budget control and fostering relations with key national committees, strategic partners and service providers.

| | Pam is currently a faculty member at Athabasca University, teaching undergraduate accounting courses in the School of Business. Prior to joining AU, she worked several years in private industry in various positions in accounting and financial information systems. Pam is interested in technology and research which will enhance online learning. She is currently doing a case study on business students with disabilities in distance education and is also in the process of completing her thesis which is entitled: "The effect of group interaction and compulsory study schedule on persistence in distance education".

| | Theresa Trapnell lives in Calgary, Alberta. She teaches French in a high school setting and is also the designated Distributed Learning teacher at her school. In this capacity, she assists other teachers with the integration of web technologies to differentiate student learning and provide interactive and explanatory resources in classroom settings. In the past, she has worked with Alberta Learning to help develop exams for the French Language Arts program and is currently a member of the Grade 10-12 French as a Second Language Program of Studies Development Committee.

To me this advocates the personal reflection and engagement with one's experiences that should accompany the eportfolio.
